Panel decisions made: panel/proposal accepted

Dear colleague,

Thank you for your panel proposal for the EASST2026 conference at AGH University of Krakow, Poland.

We are delighted to let you know that your panel/proposal has been accepted, congratulations! You can view the list of panels now on the conference website.

The Call for Papers will today-tomorrow. We will send further instructions to all convenors later this month with information on how to manage your panels during the Call.

Convenors will be notified of proposals via an automated notification email and you can access the panel management page to view and make changes to your panel (you will be prompted to log in first).

For Traditional open panel and Combined open panel convneors - please refrain from accepting or rejecting any paper proposals into your panel before the Call for Papers/Abstracts closes on 28 of February 2026.
Changes in paper/abstract statuses will be visible on the website immediately and that might cause confusion and strife (especially if you reconsider later and change already accepted paper into rejected). We will notify you once the Call for Papers/Abstracts closes and you can start reviewing the proposals.

Convenors may also present a paper during the conference, either in their own panel or a different one. Do remember that colleagues can convene only one panel and present only one paper during the conference.
